Show PINE VALLEY Dr.. and Mrs. Spencer Snow, of Cedar City spent Sunday here visiting at the home of Mrs. Effie Snow. Dr. Snow came to see his sister, Mrs. Vere Beckstrom, who is ill. Mrs. Levi Snow returned home Friday from Santa Clara, where she has spent the winter. Mr. and Mrs. Clawson Burgess spent Sunday in St. George visiting. visit-ing. Bruce iSnow has gone to Salt Lake City, to attend a meeting of the Utah Cattle and Horse growers grow-ers association. Orson Hall has returned to here for the summer. Levi Snow returned from the Sand Cove, where he spent the Miss Edna Snow, of the B. Y. U. faculty was a visitor here on Friday. Mrs. Bruce Snow is spending the week in St. George, visiting her mother, Mrs. Ida Seegmiller. Bishop E. S. Gardner returned to St. George on Saturday, after spending a few days here looking after his interests. Paul Beckstrom left Saturday for St. George, on business. Mason Price of Panaca was a business visitor here on Friday. Misses Linna and -Bessie 6now spent Sunday here visiting with their mother, Mrs. Effie, Snow. Olaf Jacobson left Sunday for I St. George, on business. W)e are having an excellent rain storm, which is very encouraging encour-aging to he . farmers. During the winter we have had at least one good storm each month which has deposited sufficient moisture in the mountains to supply ample water for the coming com-ing season. The gravel crew from the CCC camp at Veyo have completed surfacing the road to Central, which we very much appreciate. |
