Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office. Salt Lake Citv. Utah, March 29, 1928. Notice is hereby given that Geo. W. Berry, whose post office address is St. Georsre, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended bv the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925, to appropriate 13 c. f. s. of water from An Unnamed Spring in Washington County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance is-suance of the spring which bears 980 ft. E. and 15 ft. N. of the SW cor. of Sec. 22, T. 42 S.. R. 15 W.. S. L. B. & M. and conveyed in a ditch a distance of 100 ft. where it will be used from March 1st to Nov. 30th ;rclusive of each year for the irrigation irriga-tion of"?Sacres of land embraced in the NW'i NWm. Sec. 27. T. 42 S., R. 15 W.. S. L. B. & M. As much water as may be necessary will be used during dur-ing the entire year for domestic purposes. pur-poses. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10271. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dupli-cate, accompanied with a fee of S1.00. and filed in this office within thirty (30 days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
