UTAH CROP REPORT APRIL 1. 1928 The condition of winter wheat in Utah on April 1, 1928 was 96 per cent of normal, compared with 95 a year ago, and a 10-year average on April 1, of 93. The crop was rated on December Decem-ber 1, 1927 as 96 per cent of normal. : In the United States the winter wheat crop on April 1, 1928 was 68.8 per cent of normal, compared with 84.5 a year ago, and a 10-year average at this time of 81.9. Utah's rye crop has a condition of 96 per cent, compared with 95 a year ago, and a 10-year average of 94. The United States rye crop has a condition of 79.3, compared with 86.4 a year ago, and a 10-year average of 85.8.
