Show CANE BEDS, ARIZ. Mr. and Mrs. Jos. T. Wilkinson spent Thursday and Friday visiting visit-ing relatives in St. George for the week-end. Saturday we were visited with a cold blizzard, piling the snow in deep drifts, making travel very hard at present. Glenn Johnson went to Hurricane Hurri-cane Saturday to visit his wife and little daughter. Frank Thurston returned Tuesday Tues-day from a several days visit in Hurricane. The sick folks, who have been down with the flu are all improving. im-proving. Mr. and Mrs. Glenn W. Johnson John-son are the parents of a daughter, daugh-ter, born at Hurricane, January 12. The new home of Glenn Johnson John-son is progress'ng nicely and will soon be completed. Frank Thurston went to Hurricane Hur-ricane Sunday to attend Union meeting. He has remained there this week attending to business matters. Mrs. Clarence Perkins returned Tuesday from HurTicane, where she had spent a week visiting relatives. The flu is going its rounds here again. Yesterday, Mrs. Harris Har-ris was ill and compelled to close her school for a day or so. About half the children have been absent the past week, being ill. |
