Show DIXIE COLLEGE The Gubernator Ball, to be held Saturday, January 2 6, is to raise funds for the contemplated contem-plated trip to be taken by Mr. Ried's government class, to the state legislature, at Salt Lake. The object of this trip is to help the Junior colleges of this state fight for an appropriation for their continuance. The future of the junior colleges col-leges is hopeful, but such action on the part of the students makes for greater security. The tickets will be 50c. Four lucky-number prizes will be given, giv-en, and that snappy orchestra of Stan Schmutz' will furnish the music. The Dixie Chaser, an eight page edition, made its first appearance ap-pearance Friday, January IS.
