Check at Home For Lost Volumes Of UHS Library More than lost or taken books are reported annually from the Uintah High School Library according to Wilma Wilma Wilma Wil- Wil ma Webb high school librarian Many of the books books' leave the library by accident and others intentionally Library efforts to prevent thefts seem to increase the ingenuity of book snatchers snatchers snatchers chers rather than to decrease the number number num num- ber of books taken Mrs Webb said THE LIBRARIAN and her ber assistants are left to tl try to fill fiU the gaps left by bythe bythe bythe the disappearing volumes many of of which could easily be returned By contacting Mrs Webb or by returning returning re reo re- re turning books found to the library with no questions asked parents can insure ins re rea a better library for future students it was noted PARENTS ARE asked to check their books at home for a stamp bearing Uintah High School Library and to return return re reo re- re turn the books to the school as soon soon as possible
