There are still six available spots, ranging in size to near 1,300 square feet. Landscaping and paving will be completed com-pleted in the near future. The building, located at 1680 West Highway 40, already has the majority ma-jority of its space leased, and many proprietors pro-prietors are in and doing business, according accor-ding to Susan Redman, with ERA Ashley Valley Realty. Ashley Valley Realty is handling the leasing for Ashton's Utah Corporation. Space remaining to be leased in the building include two corner areas which have 1200 to 1300 square feet of space. These areas have unfinished interiors, which will be finished to meet leaser specifications. Also available are four small interior offices, which are ready to be leased. Already in the center are ERA Ashley Valley Realtors, the Silver Dollar, Steve Paulson Insurance, Joyce's Catering, which presently consists of a flower shop, and also has plans for a deli, Gary King Drywall, the Diet Center, and 12-10 Beauty Beau-ty Salon. These businesses are all located on the upper floor. The ground level will soon house the supervisor's office of the Forest Service, Robert McRae, attorney, and Executive Travel. Construction of the ground level is nearing completion. The Forest Service Ser-vice plans to occupy the building in May. Ms. Redman said there have been several people considering the remaining remain-ing space. She said landscaping has been put off due to weather, but as soon as practical, landscaping and paving of driveways will be completed. She said this should be finished by the end of May. |
