Show Correction to awards given at Uintah High School Uintah High School would like to make a correction to the awards presented at the Honor Awards Program Pro-gram held May 17. Due to a clarificiation of high school policy, Kevin Montague has been honored with a Gold Medallion, rather than the Bronze Medallion he was presented with at the program. Kevin transferred to Uintah High School during dur-ing the time he has been in high school, and although he has only received a grade point average of better than 3.75 for one year at UHS, cumulatively he has the high GPA of any student graduating from UHS this year. In his four years of high school Kevin has received only two A- grades, the rest have been A. Two other students were omitted from the Gold Medallion list as an oversite by those in charge. Marcia Southam and Frank Shuman both have maintained a GPA of over 3.75 for the entire time they have been at UHS The Honor Society Advisor Richard Jacobson and the administration of Uintah High School. wish to congratulate con-gratulate these three students and apologize for the omissions. |
