Sec. 17, T4S, R21E (3 mi NW of Vernal); and used for stockwatering 1 horse, 2 cattle; and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation irriga-tion of 0.25 acs. in NE'4SW'4 Sec. 17, T4S, R21E. 55714 (45-4579) Rex and Theda Batty, 253 N. 300 W., Vernal, UT 0.015 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from a sump, 15 ft. deep, at a point S. 1220 ft. E. 790 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 23, T4S, R21E (Vernal (Ver-nal City); and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation ir-rigation of 0.25 acs. in NW4NW4 Sec. 23, T4S, R21E.
