Other people are not very sympathetic and no one seems to understand what is wrong. Feelings of low self esteem, guilt, failure and unhappiness increase and depression deepens. Without help, many people can become very ill and unable to manage day to day activities. The Vernal Family Health Center announces an-nounces a program for women struggling struggl-ing with depression to be conducted by Tent Anne Flint and Marie Nelson, social workers. The program consists of 8 weekly group sessions to begin Tuesday evening, October 16. Women interested in further information can call the Health Center at 789-5113. |
