Show Ballard Tellntha Rasmus.son Several Ballard residents in hospital Mirth Gardener has been in the Duchesne County hospital for five days with pneumonia. Others from here in the hospital were Mrs. Chunky Murry in Duchesne County Hospital and Deloy Kiohens is liack in the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City. The Max Todds have a new grandchild, grand-child, born November 14, to Mr. and Mrs. Robert (Linda) Mendoca of Sandy, Utah, at the Holy Cross Hospital in Salt Lake City. She weighed 7 lbs. 6 oz. and will be named, Rosalynda. Other grandparents are, Mr. and Mrs. Josa Mendoca of New York and reat grandmother, Fannie Todd of Roosevelt. The Max Todds have had their 15 month old grandson, Bobby, staying with them for five weeks. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Mendoca, came over the weekend and took him home. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Nelson have a new grandson born November 2, to Mr. and Mrs. Dan Crazier of Neola, at the DuclH'sne County Hospital. He weighed 7 ll)s. 7 oz. and was named Daniel 1-ogan. Other grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Dale Crozier of Neola. Great-grandparents Great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Carl Hall of La point and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Nelson of Ioaka, and William Crozier of Neola. Lee Angus returned home after spending two weeks in Rock Springs with his daughter, Elaine Curry und family. I )inncr guests last Sunday at the Zane Asay home were Mr. und Mrs. Lavell Asay and family. Ballard Ward is holding another work day at the ward farm next Saturday, December 1. All men in Ballard are invited to be there. They hope to finish the projects they have been working on the (wist month, Mr. and Mrs. B.Y. Whitmore took Iheir daughter, Velda Moulton, to Salt Like City last week for a check up. Some time ago she underwent major surgery. Home for Thanksgiving at the Zane Asays were Mr. and Mrs. Glen Page and family from Vernal, Gwen Page and Carol Tooke and son from Salt Like City. Mr. and Mrs. Robert White and family from Salt Lake City were here at the Beatrice Lundberg home for Thanksgiving. Beatrice returned to Salt Lake with them and was going to meet Mrs. Fleming from California. They went through the Salt Lake Temple, Ogden Temple and Provo Temple together before returning home. Some of the Buzz Larsen family were home for Thanksgiving, Garry and Sherrie Oswald and baby, Randy; David and Arlene Hatch and four children all from Salt Lake City; Woody and Mary Morton and four children from Vernal; and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Larsen and family from Vernal. Mr. and Mrs. Heber Rasmussen held a family Thanksgiving dinner in their new home. There were 17 in attendance. |
