Show Influx of Atomic Plant Workers Crowds Town LIVERMORE, Calif.-Livermore boasted a 51.3 per cent population increase in 1950 over the 1940 census, cen-sus, but village officials report a steady influx until now the population popula-tion numbers about 5,000.
