Show C N. GRANNING BURIEDTUESDAY Funeral services for Carl Nielsen Niel-sen Granning of Highland Boy, were conducted Tuesday at 12 noon in the Larkin mortuary chapel, Salt Lake City, by Bishop Douglas Smith. Mr. Granning passed away Thursday, December 6, at 6:30 p.m. in a Salt Lake hospital of a cerebral accident. Born in Scipio, Millard county, coun-ty, he was a son of J. P. and Bo-dell Bo-dell Nielsen Granning. He married mar-ried Ethel May Granning in Salt Lake City on December 26, 1912, and they made their home in Bingham. She died Sept. 6, 1950. At the time of his death, he was employed by Kennecott Copper Corp., where he had worked for the past 12 years. Survivors include one daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Virginia Duncan, Salt Lake City; one grandson, Holla-day Holla-day Duncan, Salt Lake City; two sisters, Mrs. Frances Parker, Van Nuys, Calif.; Mrs. Hulda Wise, Salt Lake City, and two brothers, broth-ers, Christian Granning, Manti, and Peter Granning, Delta. Interment was in Wasatch Lawn Memorial park. |
