She will return sometime in June. Chas. Woods and family moved lo their ranch the past week. Mr. and Mrs. Francis Dauwalder and children left for Vernal Tuesday where their daughter Mary Ellen will have her tonsils removed and Mrs. Dauwalder will undergo treatment. treat-ment. Fred Brown and Miss Colda Dunham Dun-ham were reported as being married In Vernal Tuesday. The bride is tho daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Dunham Dun-ham near Myton and the groom is well known as "Brownie' and is popular pop-ular among the boys. Mr. and Mrs. Chas Walker and Mrs. Etta Mnrchant came in from Salt Lake Saturday. Mrs. Walker and Mrs. Ma reliant aro visiting their folks here and Mr. Walker returned Monday to his work. The ladies will return home later. What might have been a disastrous tire occurred at the Free Press office of-fice Saturday night or rather Sunday morning about 2 o'clock. Fire waa discovered by Wm. H. Morrison iu the east window of the press room, as he was going from the dance, over to his store. He "happened to see a blaze in the window and came back to investigate and saw that it wa3 a rag ion, fire. Mr. Morrison got a bucket and soon had the blazo un- . der control. It is impossible to say how the blaze started but it 13 believed be-lieved that a careless clgaret smoker was the cause. |
