Show ance with the Laws of Utah to change the place of use of 47 sec. ft. of water from Lakefork River in Duchesne County, Utah Said water is now diverted at a point S. 85 deg. 35 min. E. 538 ft from the NU cor. Sec. 4, T. 3 S., R. 3 W., U. S. M., and used to irrigate part of the NWVi of Sec. 15, T. 3 S., R. 3 W., U. S. M. It is now proposed to divert said water as heretofore and use to irrigate 40 acres of land in the S'o SE14 Sec. 9, T. 3 S., R. 3 W., U. S. M. ,Thls application Is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No a-1240. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied accompan-ied with a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
