Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's office, Salt Lake City, August 17, 1933. Notice is hereby given that Richard Harley and A. M. Mur-dock, Mur-dock, whose post office address is Duchesne, Utah, have made application appli-cation in accordance with the Laws of Utah to appropriate 2.85 sec. ft. of water from the Duchesne Duch-esne River in Duchesne County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point N. 47 deg. and 10 min. W. 1821 ft. from the S',4 cor. Sec. i 24, T. 3 S., R. 5. W., U. S. B. & M. and conveyed a distance of 7,000 ft. and there used from April 15th to October 15th incl. of each year to irrigate 200 acres of land embraced in NE4NE'4 Sec. 35: W'iW'i and SESW'i Sec. 36, T. 3 S., R. 5. W. U. S. B. & M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 11391. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication pub-lication of this notice.
