THE BOY WHO SAW SANTA It was Christmas Eve and the night was still Old Santa had many a stocking to IUL The bells on his sleigh jingled with glee. As they dashed over hill and tree. Now one little boy wanted to see Just what old Santa's looks might be. So he sat by the fire as still as a - mouse. Until he heard something on top of the house. The boy jumped up and hid under a chair. For he thought that he could see . Santa and would be safe there. Down the chimney with a scrape and a bump. Santa came with a little jump. He filled the stockings from top to toe. Then he sprang up the chimney and away he did go. The next morning that little boy, Being very full of joy. Told his folks what he had seen. But they said it was only a dream. By Billy Turnbow. Seventh Grade : Farm Creek School. RloltM There Is a greater thin; on earth than riches. With it, the poor man Is rich, the rich man Is poor.
