Show DIAL TELEPHONE SYSTEM SY-STEM TO BEGIN APRIL 23 Ite new dial telephone system will be placed into service ser-vice in Duchesne April 23, announces Theo W. Perkins, Roosevelt, manager of the Mountain States Telephone Co. Until that time, he asks the customers to continue to make ; calls in the usual manner. Instructions In-structions on how to use the new telephone service will remain approximately the same, how- ye?) the telephone company manager lists a few important changes for the customer attep-r tion: 1. Dial all seven numerical numer-ical numbers in placing a local lo-cal call. 2. Calls to Tabiona-dial Tabiona-dial only the listed number in the new telephone directory. 3. To call another party on 'the line, dial "operator" and she will be glad to give instructions in-structions on how to complete the call. 4. The new emergency emer-gency telephone numbers are: FIRE: 738-5353; POLICE: 738-5551; 738-5551; SHERIFF: 738-2424. The new telephone directory direc-tory the customer will receive is only temporary for the Duchesne Du-chesne subscribers. Mr. Perkins Per-kins asks that the subscriber keep it associated with their present telephone book until a the next regular telephone directory di-rectory is issued in August of this year. Mr. Perkins concludes, "This new dial telephone system sy-stem marks the completion of another step in the company's objective to furnish the subscriber sub-scriber with the best possible telephone service.
