Show CANCER CRUSADE IN FULL SWING AT DUCHESNE- Three Duchesne women are conducting the 1966 Crusade in Duchesne for the American Cancer Society during April. They are directed by Mrs. Elm a Clark, Tabiona, the area Crusade chairman. Mrs. Pattie Burdick and Mrs. NaDeane Horrocks are in charge of the Crusade for the Duchesne Ward and Mrs.. Elaine Farnsworth is conducting the Crusade in the Duchesne Sec-; Sec-; ond Ward. . They will recruit block cap-i cap-i tains and other workers to conduct con-duct the Neighbor-to-Neighbor R esidential Drive. These women and men are known as "Crusaders, " who will contact each home to give life-saving information about cancer research and how individuals can protect themselves by self-examination and taking other precautionary precaution-ary measures to thwart the high incidence of death due to cancer. Money contributions will be accepted by the Crusaders. |
