Show I EATING IN A CAR. There's something fascinating in eating in a car. This fact is easily apparent when a person sits down in a luxurious Pullman, and, picking daintily at the delicacies set forth in tempting array, watches the scenery gliding past, the motion of the masticatory implements keeping time to the rhythym of the pounding wheels. But such luxury soon becomes a matter of fact to the seasoned traveler, and the variety wears off and it resolves itself purely into a question of "grub," the best and the quickest served. Logan possescs one little place that is both interesting and agreeable. agree-able. In this, reference is made to the "Car Cafe" located on First North street just east of Main street. "Grub" typifies it as well as anything else, in speaking of what you get to eat. But it is good "grub," the kind of grub that makes you want to visit Logan every meal time ; the kind that leaves refreshing memories. While this little place serves all sorts of good things to eat, its steaks arc especially to be spoken of with veneration and respect. re-spect. Those steaks just melt in your mouth.
