Show Circuit Court . . Danny Ray Potter, also known as Danny Lee Johnson, appeared in 12th Circuit Court Dec. 5 for arraignment on a charge of manslaughter. He was advised of his right to counsel and requested time to consult counsel. His bond was set at $15,000 and he was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Also Dec. 5, Bradley John Anderson appeared with counsel for arraignment arraign-ment on a charge of possession of stolen property. pro-perty. Preliminary hearing hear-ing was requested and was set for Dec. 28 at 2 p.m. Bail was set at $3,000 and he was remanded re-manded to the custody of the sheriff. On Dec. 6 Billy Jean Yellow appeared and entered en-tered a plea of guilty to the charge of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor. He was sentenced to pay a $200 fine and serve 40 days in jail, with the jail sentence suspended on payment of the fine. Paul Edwards appeared with counsel Dec. 6 to answer to a charge of assault. He entered a plea of innocent and trial was scheduled for Dec. 26 at 2 p.m. Defendant was required re-quired to post $100 bail. Chuck Keran also appeared ap-peared with counsel Dec. 6 on a charge of assault. He also entered a plea of innocent and trial was set for Dec. 26 at 2 p.m. In State vs. Tane Williams, David Gail Wright and Michael R. Glover Dec. 6, all 3 defendants appeared and entered pleas of innocent to charge of violation of public health laws. Trial was scheduled for Jan. 19, 1979 at 10 a.m. On Dec. 11 Merle T. Garner and Sabrina Phillips Phil-lips appeared on a fugitive complaint from Indianapolis, Indianapo-lis, Ind., charging armed robbery. After consulting counsel they waived extradition extra-dition and will be returned to Indiana to face the charges there. |
