Mea-dor Mea-dor reported on early registration regis-tration progress and jilans for the opening of school. He also briefly discussed a current cur-rent audit which has pinpointed pin-pointed a deficit for the last school year at a little over $GO,O0o in the maintenance and operation portion of the budget. The figure was higher high-er than the deficit projected in July when the current budget was planned, due to the receipt of a smaller amount am-ount of money from the State Uniform School Fund than had been expected. Careful scrutiny of current spending will be exercised during the current year, Superintendent Su-perintendent Meador stated, in an attempt to hold spending spend-ing under revenue levels. |
