Show Interior Grants Rights of Way For Power Lines Tho Department of (Tie Interior In-terior has granted rights-of ways to the Los Angeles Department De-partment of Wafer and Power Pow-er and tlie Arizona Public Service Company for three eiectrcal power transmission lines to cross public land in Arizona, Nevada and Utah, according to word received by Robert D. Nielson, Bureau Bur-eau of Land Management state director for Utah. The casement routes were determined to be the only viable available -.Ties, and the rights - of - way were therefore approved by the Department's BLM after con. sulfation with other Interior agencies. From the MeCullough switching swit-ching station the power would be transported over existing lines to users in the Los Angeles, An-geles, Calif, area.
