Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate ap-propriate water in Grand County, State of Utah throughout through-out the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations Loca-tions are in SLB&M. a-6861 (05-418) Horace E. Beeman, Moab, Utah 84532, proposes to change the point of diversion, place, & nature of use of 1.0 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. No. 34-294 34-294 (05-418). The water has been diverted from a 16-inch well 300-400 ft. deep at a point N. 150 ft. & E. 150 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 22, T26S R22E; and used for the domestic do-mestic purposes of 200 families, fam-ilies, and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 40 acs. in SW& Sec. 22, T26S, R22E. Hereafter, 1.0 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from four 16-inch wells 100-300 ft. deep at the following points: (1) N. 800 ft. & E. 700 ft. (2) N. 1500 ft. & E 1000 ft. (3) N. 1320 ft. & E. 660 ft. all from SW Cor. (4) S. 150 ft. & E. 250 ft. from the Wtt Cor. all Sec. 26, T26S, R22E; and used for the domestic purposes pur-poses of 198 families, stock-watering stock-watering of 50 cattle, and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the supplemental irrigation irriga-tion of 160 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 40 acs. in WSW'A Sec. 26, SEV4 Sec. 27, NWy.iNWi4 Sec. 35, all in T26S, R22E. 41151 (92-79; Don Wilcox, Box 139, Green River, Utah 84525. 5.0 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from Green River at a point N. 1100 ft. & W. 20 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 9, T20S, R16E; and used for the domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 250 cattle, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 for the irrigation irri-gation of 270 acs. in SEVi Sec. 16, T20S, R16E; NE'4-NEVS, NE'4-NEVS, SViNEVi Sec. 16, T20S, R21E. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed fil-ed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114 or. or before May 20, 1972.
