Show Special Meetings Set at Community Baptist Church A group known as "Faith at Work Team", made up of lay people, will becoming to Moab this week-end to ho'.d special meetings in the Community Com-munity Baptist Church and various homes. They will be coming from the First Baptist Bap-tist Church of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The group consists con-sists of three men and two women, and their leader, the Rev. Victor E. Balla, Associate Asso-ciate Pastor of the Sioux Falls Church. Mr. Balla is a nephew of Pastor Emil M Balla of the Community Baptist Bap-tist Church. The meetings are scheduled as follows: Friday 6:30 p.m. A pot-luck pot-luck supper vill be held in Uio Fellowship Hall. This will be for all church members, mem-bers, their families and for friends of the church. This will be followed by a meeting conducted by the visiting group. Saturday 6:30 a.m. There will be a breakfast meeting for men only. This will be in the Fellowship Hall. Saturday 10 a.m. There will be four "Coffee Meetings" for the ladies and these meetings meet-ings will be taking place at the home of Mrs. Guy Bradley, Brad-ley, Mrs. Lloyd Hilton, Mrs. Ernest Lessley and Mrs. J. D. Wilson. Saturday 2 p.m. A meeting meet-ing for couples will take place at the home' of Mr. and Mrs. James Brewer. At 3 p.m. another meeting for couples will take place at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Terry-Warner. Terry-Warner. Saturday 5 and 6 p.m. There will . be two picnic meetings for the youth of the church. One will take place at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Merrill and the other at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James Nelson. The Sunday Morning Worship Service will be conducted in its entirety by the visiting guests. They will be returning to Sioux Falls after the morning service ser-vice and lunch in the Fellowship Fellow-ship Hall. |
