Show CLEP Test Scheduled By SUCCE The College Level Examination Examin-ation Program (CLEP) Test will be given in Moab on Friday night and Saturday morning. ADril 23th and 29th at the Grand County High School; through the cooperation coopera-tion of SUCCE and Utah State Sta-te University. The tests may be taken by anyone now enrolled in classes class-es with SUCCE and those who plan to take classes in Jhe future, either with SUCCE or Utah State University. If you are interested in going go-ing to college and want ta get credit for what you have learned on your own in an academic ac-ademic field, you can take the College Level Examination in that field. In many cases, college col-lege credit can be obtained from these test scores fr some lower division college courses. Many people have taken the- tests simply to satisfy their curiousity about where they stand academically compared com-pared with college students. You may not be interested in acquiring formal college credit but in demonstrating to your employer that your educational achievement is equalivalent to that required for advancement en the jobs In addition, many people take the tests solely for their own information. The cost ranges from $5.00 to $25.00; depending on the number of tests taken. For additional information, contact con-tact the SUCCE office (259-7432 (259-7432 or 259-7213). Those people wanting to take the . tests must register with SUCCE by 5:00 p.m Friday, Fri-day, April 21, 1972. A deposit-fee deposit-fee of $5.00 is required with the registration. A maximum of thirty (30) people will be allowed to take the tests. |
