Show NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS 1. RECEIPT OF PROPOS-ALS: PROPOS-ALS: Sealed Proposals on .forms prepared by the Engineer En-gineer will be received by the CITY OF MOAB at its office at 121 East Center Street, Moab, Utah until 8:00 P.M. (Local Time) on September Sep-tember 23, 1969, for all pipe, ifittings, electric valves, quick coupling valves, sprink-,ler sprink-,ler heads, pump, automatic controller, wiring and other (miscellaneous materials re-squired re-squired for semi-automatic irrigation of the existing 9-hole 9-hole Moab Country Club Golf Course in accordance with Plans and Specifications Specifica-tions prepared by Nielsen & Maxwell, Consulting Engineers Engin-eers at 624 North 2nd West, ,Salt Lake City, Utah. ,2. PROPOSALS WILL BE PUBLICLY OPENED AND ,READ by the City Council .at 8:00 P.M. (Local Time) ,on September 23, 1969 at the ,City Hall, 121 East Center Street, Moab, Utah. 3. BID DOCUMENTS: Bid documents including plans and specifications are available avail-able at no deposit at the office of-fice of Nielsen & Maxwell. 624 North 2nd West Street, Salt Lake City, Utah. 4. BID SECURITY: Bid security in the amount of 10 per cent of the bid shall accompany ac-company each bid. Bid security se-curity shall be made payable pay-able to the City of Moab and shall be in the form of bid bond, cashier's check or certified cer-tified check. Bid security shall guarantee signing of a sales agreement within 15 days of bid opening, to provide, pro-vide, materials in accordance accord-ance with bid documents. 5. FEDERAL GRANT. Materials Ma-terials for this project will be paid for in part by Federal Feder-al Funds, and applicable non-discrimination provisions provis-ions required by Federal laws shall be complied with. 6. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: RE-SERVED: The City of Moab reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality tech-nicality in any Proposal in the' interest of the Owner.
