Show Hanksville News. . . Word was received here Tuesday of the passing pas-sing of Albert May of Green River. He is the father-in-law of Mrs. Gladys Ekker May. His passing came after a short illness in St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction. His son, Roy, drove to Hanksville Tuesday to meet his sister, sis-ter, June Young, whoop-crates whoop-crates the Bull Frog Marina Ma-rina as early snows dropped six inches of new snow and travel in this area was restricted for some time. Mr. and Mrs. George Peterson, Gainsville, are the parents of a six pound 4 oz. baby girl born the 18th at the Moab hospital. Mrs. Peterson was rushed to Moab the ' 17th in the ambulance driven by Kent Johnson and accompanied by Nina Robison and Mrs. Ethel Jackson. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Dee Jackson and Mr. Elmer Peterson of Gainsville. She has been named Betsy Bet-sy Dee. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Jones, Bicknell, Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Jones, Bull Frog. Mr. and Mrs. Terry Ter-ry Hunt and children, Tamera and Jason and Patty Pace, Loa were all dinner guests Sutulav at the La Naie Albrechts. Mr. and Mrs. Ford Weber received word that t h e i r grandson, Randy Tuft, son of Mr. and Mrs. (Audrey) Grant Tuft Of Salt Lake wed Romaine Peck of Salt Lake Dec. 20th . Mr. and Mrs. La Naie Albreelit received word from their daughter, Janet, serving a mission in South America, that she had fallen and broken her leg. The Albrecht's youngest daughter. Donna, Don-na, is alo on crutches after breaking her foot last week in a fall. The Sunglow Cafe in Bicknell was the scene Sunday of a birthday dinner din-ner for Mrs. Flora Ekker. Ek-ker. She and husband, Riter, drove there for a quiet dinner and were surprised by their sons and families.
