Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Grand County throughout the entire year unless otherwise other-wise designated. Locations In SLB&M. 50575 (05-1384) Nicholas Lee Murphy, La Sal Route, Moab, UT. 0.015 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 200-300 ft. deep, at a point N. 1000 ft. & E. 1720 ft. from WV4 Cor. Sec. 35, T26S, R22E (Spanish Valley); and used for the domestic purposes of 4 persons and stockwatering of 3 calves, 5 hogs, 3 geese, 1 rabbit & 27 chickens; and used from March 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 0.25 acs. in SEV4NWV4 Sec. 35, T26S, R22E. 50589 (05-1386) Grand County Water Conservancy Dist., 125 East Center Street, Moab, UT. 2000 ac. ft. of water Is to be diverted from Moab Sewage Treatment Plant, at a point N. 300 ft. and W. 710 ft. from S14 Cor. Sec. 35, T25S, R21E (Moab); and used for the supplemental irrigation of 800 acs. In SWV Sec. 26, SEV4 Sec. 27, BVz Sec. 34, Sec. 35, all In T25S, R21E; W12 Sec. 1, NV4 Sec. 2, NEV4 Sec. 11, NWV4 Sec. 12, all in T26S, R21E; SWVi Sec. 6, Sec. 7, W12 Sec. 8, T26S, R22E. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, SLC, UT. 84114, on or before March 4, 1978.
