Show More Benefits May be Available to Joiej Recent action by Congress has extended the Federal Supplemental Benefit Program Pro-gram (FSB) beyond the original origi-nal termination date of March 31, 1977. As a result of this extension and a rise in enemployment, jobless workers work-ers in Utah who have exhausted their regular and extended state Unemployment Insurance benefit may be eligible to receive additional benefits under the new FSB program, according to Duane Price, Director of Unemployment Unemploy-ment Insurance, Utah Job Service. In addition, claimants who previously established FSB entitlement, but who could not collect all of the benefits awarded them because of a drop in the unemployment rate which ended the earlier FSB period, may now also be entitled to resume collecting some of these benefits. Persons affected will receive written notices from the f Department of Emp Security about any add eligibility for FSB.
