Show Former Moab Man Wed In Wyoming Rites Mr. and Mrs. P. I. Peterson of Mills, Wyoming, announce the marriage of their daughter, daugh-ter, Sandra Kay, to Archie Maurice Pettry II, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arch Pettry, Casper, Wyoming, former residents of Moab. Rev. James Greer officiated at the double-ring ceremony in a floral candlelit setting at the Mills Baptist Church. Preceding the bride were nieces of the groom, Misses-Shelley Jern, Kristy Kay and Kelly Beth Timmons who placed flowers on an open Bible placed on the altar. The bride, given in marriage by her brother, Mr. Dick Peterson, Peter-son, of Evansville, Wyo., chose a floor length gown of cream color accented by a lace ruffled V style neckline with lace inserts on the tiered skirt. She wore a lace picture hat and carried a white Bible topped with a cascade arrangement of blue and white carnations and babys breath. She wore her mothers pearl necklace and carried a wedding handkerchief, handker-chief, gift from the groom's aunt for the occasion, Mrs. Hazel (Rose) -Jarrett, Jr.- of, Willoughby, Ohio. Miss sBar-. bara Fisher was maid of honor attired in a floor length gown of blue and wore a lace picture hat. She carried a nose gay of blue and white carnations. Todd Timmons of Lake-wood, Lake-wood, Colo., brother-in-law of the groom, served as bestman. Ushers were brothers of the bride, Larry and Mark Peterson. Peter-son. Miss Rhonda Kay Peterson Peter-son was in charge of the guest book. Mrs. Todd Timmons and Miss Robin Jayne Timmons were in charge of the bridal table, covered with a hand croched tablecloth, an heirloom heir-loom of the groom's maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Holly Greathouse, Dawes, W. Va. A reception followed the ceremony at the church Fellowship Hall. Assisting were Cherylen Crandall, Cheryl Ravert, Janet Hosey, Jennifer Ball and Irene Thompson. Bride attended school at N.C.H.S. and is employed by Red Barn. Mr. Pettry attended school at Moab, N.C.H.S. where he was a member of R.O.T.C. and the Police Explorers. He is employed at United Parcel Service as Day Sort Supervisor. Supervis-or. t, The couple are making their home in casper. |
