The women of E.S.A. frve proposed one of the '.dest letter writing cam paigns to date, according to a club spokesman. They plan to send one million letters to the North Vietnamese Viet-namese delegation in Paris. Par-is. H. Ross Perot, well known philanthropist, has offered assistance to E.S.
