Show NOTICE OF SALE The Commissioner of Financial Fi-nancial Institutions of the State of Utah, in charge of the business and assets cf Utah Savings and Loan Association, has received an offer for the purchase of the property described below. The Commissioner has agreed to sell the property prop-erty for the price cf $8,000.00 subject, however, to the receipt of a higher offer from responsible bidders, bid-ders, and subject to the buyers obtaining financing. financ-ing. The Commissioner will seek approval of the above sale from the District Court of Utah County at ' 10:00 a.m. on May 21, 1971. At that time the court will entertain higher bids from any interested person. The property being sold is loc-. ated at 1st West and 1st North in Moab, Utah. There is an old building located on the property which was formerly used as a hotel. It is an improved improv-ed corner lot and is being sold in an "as is" condition. condi-tion.
