Show Cify Court News . . m Appearing in City Court April 11 was Roland David Boldur, who was charged with driving during revocation and speeding. He entered a plea of guilty to the charges and Judge Don Crist sentenced him to pay a $170 fine, and in default of payment, to serve 20 days in jail. Ricci Camberlango, Huntington, Hunt-ington, also appeared April 11. He was charged with driving under the influence of intox icating liquor. He entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to pay a $299 fine and in default of payment to serve 90 days in jail. He was also placed on 6 months probation. Harry Miller appeared April 12 on a charge of possession of a deadly weapon with intent to assault. He appeared with counsel, Harry Snow, and on advice of counsel, waived preliminary hearing and was ordered to appear before the District Court for arraignment. His bond of $10,000 was continued. Ray Tso appeared April 13 on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to pay a $200 fine and serve 40 days in jail, the jail sentence suspended on payment of the fine. |
