Show NOTICE TO WATER USER? The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate water in Grand Cdimly, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. rl 6'J0S Robert Beeman, Moab, Utah proposes to correct cor-rect the point of diversion and change the place and nature of use of 0.1 see.-ft of water as evidenced by App. 37538 (05-634). The water was to have been diverted from a (6-in. well 100-150 ft. deep at a point S. 1200 ft. E. 100 ft. from W'4 Cor. Sec. 16 T26S. R22E; and used for domestic purposes of 1 family and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 irrigation of 1.5 acs. in NWViSW'A Sec. 16, T26S, R22E. Hereafter, 0.1 see.-ft. r,f water is to be diverted from a 6-in. well 104 ft. deep at a point S. 1097 ft. E. 228 ft. from W'i Cor. Sec. 16, T26S. R22E; and used for domestic purposes of 1 family, stock watering of 4 cattle or horses, hors-es, 5 hogs or sheep, and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 irrigation of 2.45 acs., limited to the sole supply of 1.45 acs. in NW M SW U , SW4SW4 Sec. ,16, T26S, R22E. a-6069 S. A. Swink, Old City Park Road, Moab, Utah proposes pro-poses to change the nature of use of .0446 sec. -ft. of water a total of 0.1 sec-ft. of water as evidenced by App. 36371 (05-539). The original application applica-tion was for 0.1 sec. ft, however, how-ever, the applicant has filed .proof and is only perfecting .0046 Sec-ft. of water. The water was to have been diverted di-verted from a 6-in. well 45-123 ft. deep at a point N.471.57 ft. S. 89 deg. 51 min. E 1979 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 8, T26S, R22E; and used for domestic purposes of 2 families fam-ilies and from Mar 1 to Nov. 39 irrigation of 2.5 acs. n SEUSWVi Sec. 8, T26S, R22E. Hereafter, .0446 sec-ft. of water is to diverted from a 6-in. well 42 ft. deep at a Doint N. 471 ft. E 1979 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 8, T26S, R22E; and used for domestic purposes pur-poses of 1 family, stockwater-ing stockwater-ing of 5 cattle, 5 sheep and 25 chickens, and from Mar. 1 to Nov. 30 'irrigation of 1.C8 acs. in SEV4SW& Sec. 3, T26S.R22E. 39749 (05-756) The Monle Cristo Corporation, P.O. Box 756, Moab, Utah, 5.0 sec-ft. of water diverted from the Colorado River at a point S. 400 ft. W. 1600 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 21, T26S, R21E, and used in the Kane Creek Mining District for mining potash in the following sees. 1, 12, 13, 14, 23, 24, T27S, R21E; 4-9, 16-18, 19-22, 26-29, 30-33 T27S, R22E. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with ineasons therefore must be (filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114 on or before April 25, 1970.
