Each man drives his own Jeep and is responsible for repairs and gasoline for that auto. IJomb Scare This year members of the po.-se have been called call-ed on several search and other mis-ions. The mo-t lecent incident was a bomb scare at the Klun. dykes 151 u uf Microwave station near the airport. The men manned the station sta-tion all night to make Suie that the area was not disturbed. dis-turbed. They worked in four hour shifts with two nun per shift. In another incident this year, three jeeps and five men searched search-ed for some boys lost in the Book Cliffs for over 12 hours before the youngsters young-sters were found. As one Posse member put it, the only reward a pisse member needs is seeing the look in a parent's par-ent's eyes when his child is returned to him unharmed un-harmed after being lost for several hours. The work of the Posse is compensated com-pensated only by this and by the good feelings derived de-rived from a job well done. |
