Show Busy Week Listed by City Court A busy week was registered regis-tered ;it MoaU City Court according to Judge Donald Crist, who stated that :: small claims had been registered re-gistered by the hopsital as well as a number from other sources. On November 1, William Kodriiiues appeared before be-fore the court on a IHV1 vharge anil a citation for driving during revocation. He entered a plea of not guilty to both charges and trial was scheduled for December S. He posted bail of $ool. William L. lVrd.m appeared ap-peared on a DWl charge on November 5. and also plead not guilty with trial set for November IV, with attorney I.uke Tappas as defense counsel. A property pro-perty bond of $J0O was posted. Another DWl case was heard on November 5, when Tikee Kndito appeared appear-ed and pled guilty to the charge. He was inod f'JOO and in default of payment pay-ment of the fine -10 days in jail. Kndito is presently serving the jail sentence. Also serving a sentence of -JO days in jail for DS I is Julian Morris who firS appeared on November 3. on a charge of no operators opera-tors license and DWl. He pied guilty to the first charge and was sentenced to $"J or 10 days in jail. On the second charge, he indicated a dissatisfaction with the results of a bre.v.halijer test and requested re-quested a blood test. When the result of the second test were returned. Morris plead guilty to the DWl charge and was sentenced to a fine or 40 jail cays. A preliminary hearing was held in City Court on November 5. on a charge cf failure to provide for minor children brought aga,'iTi5t Dan Dittle. Mr. Eittle appeared without counsel and after the evidence evi-dence was heard the court ruled that he be bound over to district court where he is to appear on December 16. November 6, saw John Hanson appear to face charges of DWl and no drivers license. He pled guilty to both charges and was sentenced to $200 or 40 days on the DWl charge and SoO or 10 days on the second complaint. One final case of DWl was heard on November 9, when Clayton Roper appeared ap-peared and pled not guilty to the charge. Trial was set for November 24 and bail of $200 was posted. On November 9, Gale Tangren was issued a complaint charging her with sale of alcoholic beverages bev-erages to minors on Nov. 7. She is scheduled to appear ap-pear with counsel on Nov. 16, to enter a plea. |
