Show 90th Birthday Will Honor Former Forester J. W. Humphrey, Provo, well known in Moab, will be honored on his 90th birthday at an openhouse and all relatives rel-atives and friends are invited invit-ed to attend. Mr. Humphrey was born in Salina, Utah on Nov. 29, 1879, the son of T. Griffin and Ellen Bailey Humphrey. He married Helga Neilson Nov. 11, 1993, who died in 1962. He married Martha Breinholt in 1963. and she died in December of the same year. 'In 1965 he was married to Annetta Nelson. His four children are Mrs. Frank (Lucille) Wilson, Pro- . vo; J. Stanley Humphrey, f Bountiful: Mrs. Paul (Alice) Jensen. Orem: and Mrs. Eric Er-ic (Ellen) Peterson, Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove. Mr. Humphrey is a retired re-tired forest ranger, but still stands straight and tall as the forest trees he loved so much and devoted his life to cultivating. During his many years of service with the Forest Service, he lived in Salina, Orangeville, Moab, Panguitch, Ephraim, Logan and Provo. He was in Moab from 1913 to 1915. He has 17 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. The .family cordially invites in-vites all friends to attend the openhouse to be held at the 12th-13tb ward chapel, LDS Church, at 945 E. 700 North, Provo, Saturday, Nov. 29, from 2 to 6 p.m. |
