Show Blessing of Animals to be held June 10 Dogs, cats, Capricorns, and all animals are invited to attend a "Blessing of the Animals," at St. Francis Fran-cis Episcopal Church, Saturday, Sat-urday, June 10 at 10:00 a.m. Father Ken Kaisch invites all pet owners and pets to participate in this annual observance. In other parish news, the Angelus Concert Bell Choir will offer a ministry of music on June 11 at the 10:00 a.m. service. The group, sponsored by the Westminster, Colorado U-nited U-nited Presbyterian Church, is composed of junior and senior high school students. Margaret Dougherty, group director, says the main emphasis is on music mus-ic suitable for worship; however, the choir's versatility ver-satility is shown in then-ability then-ability to play music ranging rang-ing from Baroque to ragtime rag-time including solos, on the four octave set of Schulmerich handbells. |
