Show Fence Project Proceeding Well, Says Chairman The fencing project is proceeding extremely well according to Harold Jacobs this week. Cattlemen and Jlocal volunteers have kept the work progressing and as of Monday's report by Mr. Jacobs only a mile remains for the placing and cementing cement-ing of the brace posts. "At least two miles of the 16 mile fencing project are in." Jacobs stated in his report re-port to Times Independent , Monday. The members of the Eastern East-ern Utah Cattlemen's Association As-sociation have been getting the technical aspects of the fence out of the way and they have had good work crews the past two or three weeks on this. "Commissioner Ralph Miller has been out : most every day taking over 1 the leadership of the project . and pitching in with his machinery," ma-chinery," Jacobs stated. "He deserves commendation for ' his voluntary labor." "Curtis Young has also been quite active on the project pro-ject even though he has had a recent illness," Jacobs added. Other interested men have been giving a lot of support to the project and it's almost ready for the final push which is scheduled for the 28th of this monlh at which time the wire will be 1 streatched hopefully by teams of volunteers from I he area.
