Mr. Karayan, Ctnr-f of I he Drafting Soctlon for the Director rf Engineering, Engineer-ing, has !oon working with native students r.f the Phu Tho National Technical Center, giving thm on-the-job training to complete their final year of studies. They are being given a wide range of drafting projects, ranging from mechanical drafting to topography. Mr. Karayan says the quintet of students are diligent workers, and interested in-terested In learning all they can.
