Show The Times received a letter this week from SP4 Robert B. Lammert, now a U.S. Serviceman in Bad Kreuznach, West Germany. He sends tih'anks for his complimentary subscription to the newspaper, which he has received for the last year and a half. "I have enjoyed every one and I hope you keep -on sending them until May of 1968, when I get out." He enclosed a photograph taken on the Army truck he drives and maintains. His job calls for a lot of driving, he says, and he has spent much of his time on the road since arriving in Germany. He terms Germany one of the most beautiful of countries, "'but there is no country as nice as the United States and I'll sure be glad to get back home and see some of the friends I miss. I wish everyone could see Europe as I have seen it," the Moab serviceman wrote. |
