Yankey (Deceased), (De-ceased), Katherine Iloern-lein, Iloern-lein, Linda Hawks, Antoinette Antoin-ette Barron, Carolyn Lan-go, Lan-go, Ann Yankey, Alma Yankey, Paul Yankey Sr., Kidney Ashton, Paul C. Yankey Jr., C. I. Trimble, Joe Trimble, Iris Johnson, Minnie Polk, John W. Hurley, Hur-ley, Chas. Hurley and any and all of their Heirs; That all rights and interest inter-est held under partnership rights and interest in the following group of Lode Mining Claims: Double Standard, M.I.F., Uncle Billy, Florence, Unity, Newberg, Consolation, Resurrection, Re-surrection, Payroll and Exposure, Located on Mineral Min-eral Mountain, Miners Basin Ba-sin Mining District, Grand County, Utah, in Township Town-ship 2G South, Range 24 East SLBM. are null and void by reason of failure to have performed or to have contributed their proportionate share of annual an-nual assessment work on said claims. s M.
