(T-I STAFF PHOTO) Parade, Game High light Homecoming Week at Grand County High School Homecoming spirit has (spread through Grand , .county high school since ,0Monday, when the , Red Devil football team repealed re-pealed a slate of candidates candi-dates for Homecoming Queen and attendants, to reign over festivities this .weekend. The Queen will be. chosen cho-sen from four senior candidates; can-didates; one attendent is ,to be selected from each of the three classes. The .senior candidates are Burnadene Bur-nadene Oviatt, Mary Ann jSouthards, Patty McKin-ley McKin-ley and Sharon Long. Ju-.nior Ju-.nior candidates are Carla Samples, Vicki Kimbel, and Sue Jensen. Vying for jihe sophomore attendent will be Sherry Oliver, Donna Don-na Mobley and Pm Larsen. Lar-sen. The ten lovely girls will be interviewed at' a special spec-ial asembly at school on -Wednesday; student voting vot-ing will follow to choose the winners. Other events on the (Homecoming calendar ' include in-clude a football team ban-; quet at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Wednes-day, at the Desert Inn; a snake dance . through the Moab business district at 6 p.m. Thursday, followed by the traditional bonfire at the high school at 7 p.m. Friday the results of the student balloting will be announced, and tne Homecoming Queen will be crowned in a 4th period per-iod assembly. The Homecoming Parade Par-ade will get underway at 2:15 p.m., moving from the south side of City Parle up Main street to the high school. Senior E;ed Devils and their fathers will be honored hon-ored at traditional ceremonies cere-monies at 7:35 p.m. Friday, Fri-day, and fathers will wear their sons' squad numbers num-bers throughout the big Homecoming game with Blanding beginning at 8 p.m. Festivities will end with a dance at the school, from 8 to .midnight Saturday Satur-day evening. Music by the Viscounts; admission $2 per couple, $1.50 stags. Elsewhere in Moab, the 1957-58 alumni groups have scheduled a reunion dinner at Fort Moab.
