Show Notice to Contractors Sealed proposals will be received by the Grand county Board of Education at Moab, Utah until 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6, 1967 and will be publicly opened immediately thereafter there-after at the Board offices for the construction of a gymnasium and alterations altera-tions at the junior high school, automotive shop at the senior high school, and the restoration to Star Hall in Moab, Utah in accordance accord-ance with drawings, etc. The work called for shall be in one single contract. con-tract. Bidding is open to general gener-al contractors as approved by owneror architect. C'ialified bidders may obtain drawings and specifications spe-cifications at the office of the Grand county School District, 264 South 4th East, Moab, Utah or at the office of the architect on or after 9:00 A.M., Wednesday, Wed-nesday, May 17, 1967 on making a deposit of $30.00 per set. Such deposit being be-ing refunded upon return of the full set in good condition. A bid bond in the amount am-ount ot 5 of the bid, made pnyable to the Grand County School Board, shali accoT.pany bid. If a certified cer-tified or cashiers check is used in lieu of bid bond, a certificate from an approved ap-proved surity company guaranteeing execution of 100 performance bond and 100 payment bond must accompany bid. Minimum wage rates as established by the State Industrial Commission of Utah shall be paid as a condition of the contract. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities for-malities or technicalities in any bid in the interest of the Board.
