Fletcher Services Held ) Funeral services were held this week for Marshall Mar-shall James Fletcher, Sr., 62, who passd away Saturday, Sat-urday, May 13, at the Allen Al-len Memorial Hospital of a lingering illness. Mr. Fletcher was born April 27, 1905, at Encampment, Encamp-ment, Wyo., to Charles T.' and Amy Harpole Fletcher. He married Vera Maher May 24, 1930, at Independence, Indepen-dence, Iowa. He lived at Silverton, Colo., from 1936 to 1944, spent two years at Siuna, Nicaragua, and lived at Grants, N.M., for five years. He had been a resident of Moab for the past 7 years. He was a member of the Catholic Church; member of Knights of Columbus, and AIME. Survivors include his. wiodw; 1 son, Marshall J. Fletcher, Jr.,, Moab, and two grandchildren; also 1 brother, C. Woodrow, of Rawlings, Wyo. Holy Rosary was held Tuesday evening at the Grand Valley Mortuary; Mass was sung at St. Pius X Catholifc church Wednesday Wed-nesday morning. Burial was in the Sunset Sun-set Memorial Cemetery in Moab, beside his infant grandson who preceded him in death Jan. 4, 1966. |
