Show Two Accidents Investigated Two accidents were investigated in-vestigated by Moab City Police this week. , . - The first occurred ' af 5:05 p.m. on May 12, at 100 West and 44 North, when a 1961 sedan driven by Julie Ann Rish, backed back-ed out and struck a 1964 sedan driven by Reginald Montgomery, 433 W. Win-gate. Win-gate. Approximately $200 damage was done to the Montgomery auto, and $85 to the Rish car. Mrs. Rish was cited for improper backing. The same day, at 10:45 p.m., at Main and 1st So. Street, a 1958 Ford driven by Loyna Archibald, Walnut Wal-nut Lane Trailer Court, Moab, was struck by a 1966 Dodge driven by David Dav-id Temple, 101 E. 2nd N. Temple was later arrested arrest-ed by Utah State Highway Patrol officers, and charged charg-ed with driving while in-itoxJcated in-itoxJcated and no operator's opera-tor's license. Both mishapswere investigated in-vestigated by officer Harold Har-old Pruitt. Police Chief Ken Aikins stated that during the weekend, six arrests for speeding were made in Moab City, as a result of radar speed checks conducted con-ducted by the department |
