NOTICE TO WATER USERS state engineers office salt lake city utah july 5 1929 notice la hereby given that W 0 pomer vUle whose post office address is moab utah has made application in accordance with the requirements of the session laws of utah 1919 to 1929 inclusive to appropriate JOOS c f ar of water from bill steel spring mo aln san juan county utah said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of the spring which bears 1171 ft S and ft W from the W cor of sec 17 T 30 S R 23 E S L B ez IS and conveyed by means of a pipe a distance of 20 ft where it will be used during the entire year for the watering of head of cattle this application is designated in the state engineers office as file N protests against the granting of said application stating the reasons must be by affidavit in duplicate accompanied with a tee of and tiled in this office within thary 30 days after the completion of the publication of this notice GEO M BACON state engineer date of first publication july 11 1829 date of completion of publication august 8 1929
