| Show TOWNSHIPS OPENED 9 ell F taylor register of the salt lake land office announces that plats of townships 17 and 18 south brange 17 east have been received at his office from the IL S supervisor of surveys and will be filed officially for entry on april 4 the land embraced in the townships will be opened to entry on june 23 by ex service men of the war ath germany and on september 3 the remaining ands will be subject to settlement by the general public the townships are located along the green river in the extreme northwestern corner of grand county and the land adjoining the river has been included in power site withdrawals every smallest legal subdivision any portion of which lies within one quarter mile of the green river is included in the power site withdrawal and will not be subject to entry |
