This new ore body haa thua far averaged 2 per cent copper aa compared with 1.3 per cent, the average for th 45000,000 tons. Home excellent results have rom from the development of this new section known as the Hlerra which lies near the Hearst tract. Thia higher grade material will do much to bring up th general average of tha entire en-tire ore body. It was the original Intention of the Chlno management to construct ita mill for the treatment of S00 tone of ore dally and thla program haa been adhered to up to the present time, although provisions pro-visions na neen made for the addition of two units, thereby Increasing the dally capacity to 6000 ton. The warming up process of Chlno' new mill will take place next month and by Auguat 1 several hundred tona of or per day will be treated in it.
